Reporting to the Planning Manager and interfacing with the Workshop Managers, you monitor the progress of production orders, and ensure a coordination role between the various departments, to ensure compliance with the established planning.
In this context, your mission is to:
– Ensure the IT monitoring of the life of the OF,
– Check the adequacy between the computer data and the physical data recorded in the field by the production services,
– Establish production monitoring with line or workshop managers to control the progress of production,
– Deal with anomalies, anticipate the risks likely to disrupt customer delivery, and implement with the workshop manager the necessary actions to guarantee customer engagement,
– Alert in the event of various malfunctions,
– Participate in a daily point with the planner and the preparer, in order to share workshop information and take note of customer information,
– Be a force of proposals to the workshop and the planner to update the production schedule, in case of contingencies,
– Ensure regular reporting to management.
