Manpower LE HAVRE INDUSTRIE SERVICES is looking for a player in the environment sector for its client, a blade surface treatment production operator (M/F) Once the blade is moulded, baked and drilled, each blade is carefully checked. It is then subject to repair so as to correct all the non-conformities revealed during the inspection stage. The purpose of this step is to restore the characteristics of the blade to its design. The repair takes place in two steps:- The first consists of repairing the faulty areas by removing material using a grinder and then applying resin and fiberglass.- The second step is to apply finishing putty and polish the surface of the blade to prepare it for painting.In this context, you follow the existing work procedures, you check that the stages of the process are respected, you ensure coordination with team leaders, quality inspectors and industrial engineering technicians. You are an actor in safety at your workstation and contribute to an environment where safety and quality are prerequisites. The pace of work is rhythmic. On your arrival, you will integrate a technical training course to learn the trade, the gestures and the instructions related to the position. As such, no basic training is required but experience in an industrial field or in bodywork or as a a plasterer can be an asset.
