The Orfeo solution allows more than 400 organizations (companies, tour operators, producers, orchestras, operas, performance venues) to develop and manage their activity more effectively: broadcasting, planning, tours, administrative and social management.

Job Description
Your mission will be to support our live performance clients (performance venues, operas, orchestras, tour operators) in setting up and using the Orfeo software:
– Understanding the customer’s context
– Management of the different stages of the project
– Animation of workshops and work meetings
– Monitoring the implementation of the software (configuration, data recovery)
– User support and training
You will support our clients on the different business aspects covered by our software: production, planning, contracts, tours, etc.
In conjunction with the product team, you will participate in the evolution of our software, on which you will be able to make suggestions: improvements, developments, new features.
Attached to the Projects division, you will be involved in the strong expansion of Orfeo, a committed player who supports live performance structures in their digital transition, in France and internationally.
Description of the profile sought
At a Bac + 4 / Bac + 5 level, you already have several years of professional experience.
You have experience in project management, an appetite for digital technology and you want to put your expertise at the service of the cultural sector.
– You have a taste for contact with customers and know how to adapt to your interlocutor
– You are comfortable with software and digital tools
– You combine rigor and organizational skills
– You demonstrate autonomy and initiative
– You are able to carry out projects in English
