YOUR TASKS
Service for operational sales
- You take over the control, coordination and security between the sales channels and all central units
- You act as a contact person for sales managers and provide technical and organizational support for inquiries from regional management and sales management
Implementation of sales strategies
- You will be involved in the creation and implementation of sales strategies and target distribution. You will also help with the development or adaptation of key figures relevant to sales management and salary components relevant to remuneration
- You are responsible for the annual review/revision of processes in coordination with the operational organization and active participation in process optimization
Proactive sales support
- As a business partner, you are the interface to product and market management and the sales coaches and take on sales agendas when rolling out/introducing new products
- You are responsible for preparing documents for various meetings and for sales evaluations/rankings and are involved in the introduction of managers into the sales organization
YOUR PROFILE
- Personality: They are an open-minded, enthusiastic and communicative personality who has the ability to think strategically/tactically and work conceptually
- How it works: Independent & precise working style as well as service orientation, high team orientation
- Experience and know-how: Initial professional experience in the insurance industry is desirable. Basic economic or legal knowledge is an advantage
- Education: Completed business studies (FH/University) or comparable training
