To cope with the strong solar development in Ile de France, we are recruiting for our establishments located in Ferrières en Brie a Photovoltaic Business Manager M/F.

YOUR MISSIONS

Inasmuch as Solar Business Manager, as part of the creation of a position and structuring of the photovoltaic activity in IDF, you are the guarantor and pilot of the execution of business linked to the photovoltaic roofing and shade activity. You guarantee compliance with the security, costs, quality and deadlines of your business. Under the responsibility of the Activity Manager and in conjunction with the Sales Manager of the solar activity, you will manage the operation part.

As such, your missions are as follows.

• Ensure customer relations: maintain the existing customer portfolio and retain incoming customers for its business.
• Propose technical and economic variants
• Represent the company within the limits of its delegation of power.
• Participate in the development of technical-commercial offers.
• Contractual management dimension
• Become familiar with all technical and administrative contractual documents and service limits.
• Manage the contract: monitoring contractual deadlines, issuing formalized reservations, traceability of events.
• Business and team management dimension
• Ensure compliance with safety rules within the framework of delegation of authority.
• Analyze accidents/incidents, risks and define appropriate means of prevention.
• Develop and implement the QSSE (preventive, corrective) action plan.
• Coordinate the stages of the life of the business (studies, purchases, reviews and reception) in compliance with regulatory obligations and internal procedures.
• Guarantee and manage the completion of one or more projects in their entirety while respecting business ethics, security, costs, quality and deadlines.
• Determine the execution budget in accordance with your hierarchy: labor, purchases, miscellaneous costs, materials, subcontracting, studies, margin, etc.
• Set schedules and manage site productivity objectives.
• Organize and plan technical and human resources.
• Manage the execution of the work with site supervision.
• Ensure team management (1 RT or site manager + field teams)
• Management/treasury dimension
• Ensure monthly reporting: direct costs, turnover, margin following the defined objectives.
• Cost additional and complementary work.
