What would your duties be?

MARKETING FUNCTIONS
Design, layout and monitoring of all materials.
Coordination with the supplier and with the printers for the correct edition and distribution.
Manage the appropriate use of the corporate image in all the publications made

COMMUNICATION FEATURES
external communication
Contacts with different media.
Preparation of the dossier and press releases corresponding to each event/campaign
Social networks
Internal communication
Monitoring and supervision of intranet content.

EVENT PREPARATION FUNCTIONS
Participation in the organization of events
Information to the media and external communication agencies.
Preparation of agenda, material and logistics.
Preparation of the memory of each event.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or Degree (PR, Marketing, Journalism, etc.).
High degree of specialization in marketing, with experience of at least one year.

Average knowledge in:

Graphic design tools and/or photographic treatment. (Adobe – Photoshop – Illustrator – Premier)
-Operating systems.
-Management of social networks
– Canva
-Microsoft office.
-High oral and written language skills

Time:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Choice of an afternoon from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
