In your sector, in Ille et Vilaine, independently, you will be in charge of:
– Develop, maintain, animate your network of business contributors,
– Advise and support clients to carry out their real estate project (budget evaluation, and financial arrangement),
– Prepare the files both administratively and financially and ensure their commercial follow-up, until the signature at the notary,
– Negotiate pricing conditions with banking partners in order to offer the best solution to the customer,
– Build customer loyalty and commercially animate your sector.
And you ?
Coming from the banking sector (minimum between 5 and 8 years) or experienced as a broker, you have above all the soul of an entrepreneur and the desire of a new professional challenge. Organized and autonomous, you are recognized for your tenacity, your commercial flair and your logical mind. You wish to evolve towards a self-employed or salaried status while belonging to a dynamic and united team. Finally, customer satisfaction is at the heart of your priorities.
Ideally, you live in the south or west of Rennes to develop your activity around your place of life.
