As part of the development of the Strasbourg office comprising more than 20 lawyers (in taxation, business law, social law and international mobility), we are looking for a lawyer specialized in Business Law / Corporate M&A having at least 8 years of experience to join the team.
Your tasks:
This position will allow you to put your skills in business law to good use by joining a team of lawyers on local and international business consulting assignments.
You will work in the following areas:
Restructuring of groups (including mergers, partial contribution of assets, etc.); Consulting on company law; Acquisitions and transfers of companies, external growth operations or fundraising (M&A – Private Equity); Legal audits (due diligence); Restructuring/law of companies in difficulty; Legal monitoring of companies at all stages of their development.
You will support clients in the preparation, implementation and management of their projects in all areas of business law.
You will take part in business development activities for clients and internally.
Your profile :
M/F CAPA holder, you have a Master 2/DJCE type training in business law and/or a business school type training, IEP, LLM
You already have a successful experience of at least 8 years in the Business / Corporate Law department of a law firm and have acquired autonomy in the processing of cases.
You have a good command of the English language, both orally and in writing. Fluency in German would be appreciated.
Autonomous, available, you have a sense of service and a real interpersonal skills that will allow you to integrate into our teams and adhere to the culture and methods of the firm to evolve successfully.
