Task Summary
Under the authority of the Director of Finance and Administration, the incumbent coordinates all activities related to job evaluation including all tasks relating to the pay equity process. He is also responsible for developing policies and programs in human resources management. He is also responsible for implementing a succession planning program.
He manages the recognition program for annual and seasonal employees and he also takes care of the management of social benefits (RRSP and group insurance) and participates in maintenance and renewal meetings.
Human ressources
- Collaborate in the development and updating of Human Resources management policies and programs;
- Establishes monitoring to ensure that our policies and procedures remain attractive and comply with current laws;
- Establishes work schedules for his team and work planning;
- Keep the seasonal employee manual up to date;
- Welcomes new annual employees upon their arrival;
Social advantages
- Ensures group insurance program monitoring (registration, modifications. Billing)
- Ensures monitoring of the group RRSP program (registration, modifications, invoicing)
- Manages disability files by ensuring that forms are duly completed and following up with stakeholders (insurance, insured and manager)
Planning – Succession
- Performs analysis of the company’s different positions
- Based on the data collected, established a succession plan for each of the critical jobs within the company
Remuneration
- Ensures job descriptions are updated;
- Evaluates salary when creating new jobs
- Establishes pay equity committees and ensures their proper functioning
Retention
- Establish means to communicate the results of GSA and GSS to managers and employees;
- Complete management of the recognition program for annual and seasonal employees;
- Organization of recognition events and activities for employees (gala, Christmas party, BBQ, etc.);
- Follow up on daily Customer Service audits (GSA) during opening days and follow up with managers.
Divers
- Performs performance appraisals of team members;
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Conducts audits in the park;
- Participates in the process of unit 110 (service permanence) and unit 10 (fleet management) according to the pre-established schedule;
- Performs any other related tasks.
Requirements
Education:
BAC in human resources or industrial relations
Experiences :
5 years of experience in the field of compensation
Having already completed pay equity processes, an asset
Knowledge:
- Bilingualism – Written and oral due to communications with head office in the United States
- Mastery of the Windows environment.
- Intermediate Excel level
- Applicable laws and regulations relating to pay equity and labor standards;
