PRIORITIES
1. DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES (POES)
2. RULES AND COST MANAGEMENT
to. Preparation and cost control of recipes with technical specifications.
b. Table Engineering Development (BCG Matrix and other technical concepts).
3. MANAGEMENT OF FINANCES AND PROPERTIES
to. Prepare and analyze monthly profit and loss financial statements with weekly reports on business units and numbers.
4. PRODUCTION, LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN ​​MANAGEMENT
to. Overseeing the daily production planning of goods according to days, demand, reserves, palletization and other necessary indicators.
b. Approve Purchase Orders for requirements issued by Store Managers.
5. COMMERCIAL AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT
to. Regularly monitor the Marketing plan, sales quotas and target, forecasts and projections.
b. Analyze reports issued by store managers/administrators.
d. Analysis of improvements in sales, customer service satisfaction, service and experience.

Requirements
