The Festival Sacrée Musique is looking for its full-time Patronage and Major Donor Sponsoring Manager (MS) to support its national and international development.
Your missions will be as follows:
● Fundraising strategy: Define the national and local strategy and plan its implementation, the fundraising plan, the sponsorship-patronage-foundation ratio, design the rewards for sponsors and patrons, establish the balance sheets and measure the impact of the actions carried out.
● Operational implementation: Implement the strategy, prospect patrons, sponsors (particularly companies) and foundations, set up partner committees at national and local level, establish patronage, sponsorship and foundation agreements, ensure legal monitoring, maintain the link with the partner association for sponsorship.
● First objectives: Create a national committee of major donors (sponsorship, patronage and foundations) to support national development and broaden the network and/or create committees by festival locations: Marseille, Monaco, Lyon and the Var then Paris and Rome (2023-2024)
● Management of the communication strategy for patrons: Define the communication strategy, organize patron events, invite partners to evenings and cocktails, direct communication with patrons (newsletters, etc.), develop promotional files and have them produced by the communications team, etc.

● The CEO of Sacrée Musique for the implementation of the strategy, and will be able to rely on the already existing major donor networks and our partners, as well as the Common Good Fund which supports the project in its development
● The CEO responsible for communication for the communication strategy and the production of materials
● An administrative assistant (shared with the management team)
● External service providers like Obole Digitale
