Description
On behalf of our customer from the insurance industry, we are looking for a project-related permanent position for a consultant “ESG and Sustainability” (m/f/d) for the following tasks:
Tasks
– Strategic communication planning on the topic of sustainability
– Development of messages and identification of reasons for positioning
– Support for company-wide consistent communication through advice on ESG and sustainability communication
– Continuous information and strategic orientation of managers (e.g. on management decisions)
– Planning and management of communication projects for the implementation of strategically relevant topics
– Takeover of ad hoc tasks in communication
– Contribution to integrated communication
Skillset
– Completed degree in economics (ideally with a focus on communication or marketing) or cf.
– Several years of well-founded professional experience in the field of communication on the corporate or agency side
– Very good communication skills, empathy, high enthusiasm, curiosity, independent way of working
– Strong project management experience and experience in topic management
– High degree of commitment, resilience, performance and result orientation
– High level of identification and enthusiasm for the topic of sustainability
