Your main tasks
- coordinating secretarial tasks, esp.
- Carrying out correspondence with ministries, the district government – especially the school supervision (also in personnel matters) -, IHK, HWK, training companies, offices and associations
- Perform secretarial duties
- Keeping statistics and taking over school management file management
- Coordination and archiving of the vocational college’s email traffic
- Preparation of meetings, conferences and meetings
- Archiving activities
- Compulsory school monitoring
- Initial care for sick, injured students and notification of relatives
- Budget and procurement
- Bookkeeping and monitoring of school checking accounts
- Support of the school management
- Preparation of reports, discussion documentation and letters on behalf of the school management (school management matters)
- Coordinating and arranging appointments for the school management
- Support with exam procedures
Your professional skills
- the qualification for career group 1, second entry-level office in the general non-technical administrative service of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (VAP 1.2 allgVerw – Gem) or
- a completed at least 3 years of commercial vocational training or
- Notary, lawyer or social security clerk
- and at least 2 years of professional experience in the school secretariat after obtaining the above qualification
- Employees born after 1970 must provide evidence of adequate measles protection or measles immunity in accordance with the Infection Protection Act
