He is recognized for his leadership, his proactivity and his ability to exercise an advisory role with the managers and decision makers of the organization. The business analyst can on the one hand participate in the realization of business files and is responsible for ensuring its quality. These make it possible to understand a need, its context, the value sought and to make high-level hypotheses on the solution, its impacts and its scope in order to facilitate decision-making. It can, on the other hand, contribute to business solution delivery. As a member of an agile implementation team, he analyzes and documents requirements, processes and business rules. He also collaborates in change management and user training. He is the expert in business needs management. As such, he facilitates the discovery, collection and documentation of requirements and masters process-centric documentation techniques. He contributes to the development of solutions and is responsible for the life cycle of requirements in collaboration with the stakeholders involved in the projects. He collaborates in the quality assurance process for solution deliveries and also contributes to change management.
