Job Description

Missions :
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, and relying on the activities of the networks of representatives, key accounts, marketing product managers and event and digital services, your role will be to collaborate in the development of sales through the missions following:

– Contribute to the dynamics of our commercial prospecting: create clubs of booksellers, days of presentation of our novelties/issues, by type of customers/catalogues, edit the material and the presentation catalogs
– In collaboration with the marketing product managers, define and develop the POS and the sales support tools best suited to the different sales networks;
– Organize and supervise events in bookstores such as “One Piece night”;
– Promote the catalog fund: definition of commercial operations, POS and dedicated decoration material;
– Manage the visibility budget in points of sale: end-of-year catalogs, promotion in ZEM, gantries, brand communications, etc.;
– Organize a competitive intelligence on the devices of highlighting and assistance with the sale in bookstore;
– Create and animate our B to B communication tools with booksellers (dedicated professional site, newsletter, social networks);
– Manage with the distribution department the creation and monitoring of stocks of all promotional operations (empty, full POS, lots, packaging, etc.);
– Analyze the market (GFK, sales by networks, store statistics);
– Manage and organize feedback from the field to publishers and marketing and communication departments.
