The city of Reims is recruiting for its Department of Culture and Heritage a heritage architect – project manager
As part of the Heritage Department of the Department of Culture and Heritage, the lead architect for heritage registers his missions within the framework of the architecture and heritage enhancement plan (PVAP) and contributes to the management and the implementation of the resulting projects and actions.
More specifically, in compliance with the principles and methods of the general inventory as defined in the framework agreement with the Grand Est Region – SRI, the lead architect will be responsible for:
– Co-pilot the historical and archival census with the services of the Grand Est region
– Participate in the drafting of the regulatory document
– Ensure a watch, on the heritage aspect, of applications for building permits and declarations of intent to alienate
– Ensure the link during the study with the Department of Town Planning, Planning, Development and Archaeology, State services and other partners
– At the completion of the study: ensure the monitoring of the regulations of the SPR, the updating of the files of the study, provide assistance, advice and ensure all transversal links with the services and directions of the City and Grand-Reims, as well as with residents and professionals
In addition, within the Department of Town Planning, Planning, Development and Archaeology, the Lead Architect will be responsible for:
– to bring its expertise to soil rights instructors within the framework of the instruction of Building Permits and Declarations of Intent to Alienate.
More broadly, the lead architect designs and manages the projects carried out by the two departments (DCP and DUPAA) within his area of expertise.
