You hold the state diploma of specialized educator. You are a beginner or have experience with this type of function.
You are familiar with legislation and methods of social service as well as social arrangements and social institutions.
You are able to make the user an actor in his steps and have the ability to communicate clearly and precisely with people and partners.
You have an ability to analyze and distance situations.
You have editorial skills and you have the ability to work in a team and the ability to encourage the support of internal and external partners. You are rigorous, discreet, adaptable and know how to manage priorities. You have a sense of contact, are involved in service actions and projects.
The job corresponds to the job framework of territorial socio-educational assistants and can be filled by internal mobility, transfer, secondment or, failing that, by contract.
This position can also be filled by a worker with a disability.
3-year contract renewable for 3 years, within the limit of 6 years of CDD before the possibility of access to a CDI.
ARTT (21d for 39h52/week) + 30 days off per full calendar year worked
