Your missions in a nutshell
Reporting to the Director of Studies, he/she ensures the administrative management of future professional training and support or analysis of student life. He/she will work in close collaboration with the educational actors: teachers, educational coordination, promotion representatives and administrative services.
The successful candidate is also in charge of the HMONP professional training (60 candidates) as well as the personalized support systems.
1 Support for success support systems and statistical monitoring of student populations
o Statistically follow students, from their entry to their professional integration
o Analyze the factors of failure during cycles, by semesters and courses
o Build indicators for regular monitoring of student populations
o Fill in all the annual statistics requested by the partners
o Support for success and democratization
o Coordination and development of support systems for success
o Administrative and financial monitoring of democratization mechanisms (PRREL; PEI and equal opportunities).
o Travel and representation within partner high schools, with institutional (CR) or private partners
2 Follow-up of professional integration and quality of student life
o Carrying out surveys on the professional integration of graduates, student living conditions
o Improvement of student living conditions: listening, advice, support, relay of student associations, coordination of the Student Health Plan
3 Coordination of training: Accreditation for project management in its own name (HMONP)
o Management and registration of applications
4 Contracting, organization of thematic sessions, defense juries, the HMONP commission, monitoring of registered ADEs: submission of work,
5 Coordination of continuing education
o Participation in the development of VAE
o Information, advice and guidance for VAE candidates
o Administrative management of files: VAE/VAPP: admissibility, support for candidates in the search for funding, monitoring of agreements, organization of juries, monitoring of post-VAE/VAPP candidates.
o Additional missions entrusted by the Management and falling within the field of competence of the person concerned and according to the needs of the service
Required profile
Technical skills :
o Knowledge of office software and tuition applications: management of students and training, platform for submitting and examining applications for access to university training
o Knowledge of the functioning of a higher education institution
Expertise :
o Ability to create, lead collective work over the long term by involving multiple actors
o Ability to explain, deploy concepts, methods and tools
o Develop new evaluation methods
o Design, formalize and coordinate a project, in conjunction with multiple actors
o Master office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, learning platform) and statistical analysis

Degree level: Bachelor’s degree
Experience (beginner, confirmed, expert): a first experience in a similar position will be appreciated
