The Rennes University Hospital is looking for Agents Polyvalent Restauration F / M for the Self Hôpital Sud.

The Rennes University Hospital Catering department is made up of a central production unit, a UCP-Healthcare Services quality center, a management and supply center and 4 restaurants. The Catering department has 155 agents and produces 8,100 meals per day. The Sud Hospital self-service serves approximately 450 meals per day.

Your main activities are:

• Setting up appetizer and dessert displays,
• Preparation of appetizers and desserts,
• Assistance with the reception of foodstuffs,
• Hot plate service,
• Cooking fries,
• Cleaning and disinfection of restaurant rooms and preparation workshops according to the cleaning plan,
• Operation of the washing tunnel, supply of detergents
• Cleaning of the breakfast crockery and breakfast trolleys of the care units
• Cleaning the crockery in the South Hospital self service and immersing the battery
• Maintenance and cleaning of the premises: laundromat, catering rooms and laundry equipment, according to the cleaning plan
• Setting up and setting up meal and food trays for boarders in the evenings and weekends
Realization of the necessary records and traceability

Initial training required:

• CAP, BEP catering / hotel industry

Knowledge and skills required:

• Knowledge of good hygiene practices and the HACCP method,
• Bio-cleaning

The positions are to be filled full time in Transfer, Secondment or Contract.
