The Innovations & Data pole within the ISD: The Innovation and Data pole, made up of about 60 people, has for missions to address the growing challenges relating to access and processing of data for innovation, research , management and development of precision medicine. The division is made up of 6 services: The Massive Data Platform service, the objectives of which are to consolidate, industrialize and extend the uses of the AP-HP Big Data platform. The team is in particular responsible for data engineering, infrastructure administration, and the development of IT tools allowing the exploitation of data by addressing the needs of research, management and innovation. . The Research & Data Expertise department, in conjunction with the medical community and the clinical research department, aims to implement the solutions and tools necessary for research. The team is building a service offering for researchers and clinicians to enable the development of data research and clinical research at AP-HP. This team also aims to consolidate institutional governance around data. The Business Intelligence – Steering service is in charge of implementing business intelligence tools for the management needs of AP-HP’s activity. She is notably responsible for the development of indicators, dashboards and data-visualization solutions for care teams and functional departments. This team will also have the objectives of stimulating the use of data within the strategic departments of the head office and of the university hospital groups. The Innovation department aims to support innovation projects around the data of the ISD and is Head of the AP-HP Digital Lab enabling the incubation of high value digital projects for the institution. The team ensures the synergy of these projects with the rest of the IT department in order to allow their integration into production information systems. The field is also intended to support and advise the institution in the choice of strategies or innovative tools, in particular through experiments carried out in the institution’s services. The BNDMR service is responsible for continuing the national project entrusted to it. to AP-HP within the framework of the National Rare Disease Plan 2. It is thus responsible for the development of BaMaRa, the BNDMR warehouse, and the service offer to rare disease centers and sectors. Informatique takes care of the implementation of the bioinformatics platform, MOABI, the AP-HP (Galaxy, GRoute, Leaves tools), the deployment of these solutions to the genetics services, the implementation of ” an external bioinformatics service offer as well as a close link with the France Médecine Génomique plan and the SeqOIA platform The Data Science service’s mission is to provide a data science service offer (epidemiological, medico-economic studies and development AI algorithms) in support of project leaders or in response to institutional requests and to develop technological research allowing the improvement of platform services Description of the Innovation service: The Innovation service is responsible for running the Lab AP-HP digital, source of digital innovation for the institution’s project leaders, to create a dynamic around the data and allow their development at the level of the institution but also vis-à-vis of the general public. The service is also intended to support, if necessary, the experimentation of new hardware or software technologies following a need identified within the institution. The team may also be required to carry out an advisory or support activity on more strategic and methodological and less operational subjects. With regard to the Digital Lab, it has 3 main activities: the development of digital solutions in a limited time from framing to MVP (so-called Fastlab activity), accelerating the development of iconic transformation projects (Accelerator activity) and hosting and hosting events around digital innovation or around data (hackaton, dataton, …).
