TCE layout project manager (m/f)
Your profile
– Level Bac + 2 layout of the architectural environment supplemented by a license in charge of layout business, you justify a first experience of 2 to 3 years in the function in management and monitoring of TCE works in the interior layout of shops
– You have the qualities required to manage a team effectively
– Proficiency in Autocad software is also an asset for this position
Your mission
Our prime contractor client is involved in TCE interior design projects for stores, restaurants, pharmacies, research offices for the management of a large account client in the field of high-end fittings, a business in layout. Under the responsibility of the works manager and in collaboration with the design office, you are the single point of contact for the client. Your tasks:
– Preparation of files, study of the feasibility of projects
– Project costing
– Consultations with suppliers, search for subcontractors
– Establish the schedules
– Project management and monitoring
– Management and monitoring of construction sites until delivery
