Job Description :
Under the authority of the management and in line with the values of GROUPE SOS Solidarités, the counselor provides workshops and awareness-raising sessions on critical media education, the fight against conspiracy theories and hate speech, with a young audience and an adult audience, with a general objective of developing critical thinking, and promoting and developing civic expression.
MISSIONS FORMATION :
– At the request of the association’s management and on the basis of the schedule devoted to this purpose, provide workshops and / or training sessions in critical media education, for a reasoned and civic use of social networks.
– Ensure compliance with training standards and transmit all monitoring documents to the hierarchy
– Collaborate with the critical media education and counter-discourse project manager in the design of content, tools and educational materials in line with the values of the association and the SOS Group.

Description of the profile sought:
Diploma required: BAC + 3; DEGREE 4 ; BAC +5 according to experience
Specialties political science, sociology, history, religious sciences, journalistic training.
Prerequisites:
– Training and / or animation experience: be able to pass on knowledge and skills to a group of 10 to 30 people (young people or adults)
– Knowledge or curiosity for the factors of adherence to conspiracy theories, cognitive biases and / or use of social networks (opportunities and risks)
– Capacity for analysis and editorial synthesis
– Design educational tools and supports in terms of training, adapted to the needs of the trained public.
