Missions :
Design, monitor, advise and evaluate programs in the field of the environment to achieve the objectives of the sustainable development policy
Implement the waste prevention, management and communication policy (cardboard and paper)
Activities:
Ensures the cohesion of programs in conjunction with partners
Monitor regulatory and technical developments
Performs a technical advisory role with elected officials, external partners and other departments of the Department
Participate in the design, development and monitoring of departmental policy
Proceed to the technical examination of the files
Monitors the implementation of studies and projects and ensures the right conditions for their realization
Coordinates, leads and implements waste management (cardboard and paper) on Alco sites
Advises his hierarchy on the strategic and operational management of waste
Develops waste recovery, reuse and recycling channels
Contributes to the communication strategy
Ensures a legal and technical watch on the regulations relating to waste management and integrates it into the procedures (creation, updating and deployment)
Defines the operational methods and implements the collection, treatment and recovery of service waste to optimize processes in connection with the circular economy, optimization of costs and to do this research the appropriate techniques and suppliers
Proposes areas for improvement to optimize waste management
Produces monitoring dashboards: tonnages collected, recovered, reused, recycled, costs
Ensures the transversality of the dynamics of prevention and management of waste internally and with partners
Checks the proper execution of the services of collection companies
Writes technical documents for public contracts, analyzes offers
Ensures the administrative and financial follow-up of contracts (purchase order, invoicing)
Writes communication materials, information documents and explanatory notes
Communicates and promotes waste recovery, reuse and recycling channels
