Why this recruitment?
To celebrate the New Year, Team Access took on the challenge of recruiting a new nugget to replace one of our product managers who are heading for a new adventure.
Your role within the team
You are in charge of the accessories part, for which you develop the marketing strategy at the international level and ensure its operational implementation as well as the marketing support.
The job we would like to give you
Integrated into the team under the responsibility of product and marketing directors, your role will revolve around the following missions:
- Create pairs with project managers to follow product development and get to know them perfectly
- Carry out the marketing analyzes of each product, to propose its positioning, the messages to be communicated, the targets etc …
- Ensure market intelligence and analysis to feed the sales force
- Build innovative marketing plans adapted to each accessory, with the support of PR, community, digital and creative teams
- Take the initiative and monitor the production of marketing and trade marketing assets (internally and with external service providers): videos, advertising materials, promotional images, presentations, leaflets, etc. And ensure its dissemination to internal teams, subsidiaries, RIGs, partners
- Support the France and Export sales force with the appropriate sales support tools, participate in sales meetings with brands and international distributors
- Be the point of contact between the brands and NACON to define and set up promotional operations (in stores or digital), in conjunction with the graphics team and the digital team
- Coordinate (marketing strategy, distribution of assets, media plans, etc.) with internal teams, subsidiaries and RIG
- Produce internal reports as well as sales analyzes to measure the effectiveness of marketing actions
- Manage the marketing budget under our responsibility
- Define the execution of media plans (digital, print, outdoor campaigns, etc.)
- Propose, negotiate and set up marketing partnerships (eSport, ambassadors, publishers, Sony, Microsoft …)
- Participate in the organization of trade shows

Required profile
How the team imagines you when they talk about you over coffee:
- Graduated from a business school or training in communication / digital / marketing, you have experience between 3 and 5 years as a product manager
- You speak fluently English of course

Modalities:
- CDI
- Start of contract: tomorrow if possible, but we will also be able to wait for you
- Remuneration: range between 30 and 40K euros, depending on profile and level of experience
- Possibility of partially teleworking (see charter)
