Our team advises its clients both in the day-to-day management of their human resources and in crisis situations.

Your contribution to the team
As a senior lawyer, you will have the opportunity to manage several files independently in addition to participating in multiple current files affecting labor and employment law, and more particularly health and safety at work. . Essentially, your role will be to advise and support your clients in their professional injury cases (prevention, work accidents or occupational illnesses, mental health, harassment in the workplace, etc.).
Concretely, you will contribute to the success of the team by:
- providing high quality services to your internal and external customers;
- acting as a trusted advisor to the firm’s clients;
- supporting and participating in business development efforts, including, among other things, writing articles, preparing and presenting training courses and participating in events;
- sharing your knowledge with all members of the team, particularly the more junior ones.
