a DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL SERVICES (M / F)
Under the authority of the Mayor, of the DGS, in close relation with the deputies concerned and in tandem with your colleague, Director of Urban Planning, member of the Codir, you:
– Manage as a representative of the Contracting Authority the engineering, construction / renovation of equipment and public services and in particular the reconstruction of buildings on the ZAC Center-Ville as well as the deployment and monitoring until reception operations. Focused on innovation and sustainable development, you favor the design / construction of passive energy buildings or even co-construction and consultation with users …
– Intervene at the heart of the negotiation and the good programming of the works to be carried out under the transferred competences (roads, electricity, broadband, water, sanitation …) with the Bordeaux Metropolis and its South Territorial Department or in the rank of the signed contractual policies with the Department of the Gironde (roads, cycle paths, town planning agreement, etc.) or state services (Action Cœur de Ville, etc.)
– Develop management and decision support tools, reporting, multi-year programming, control and evaluation of projects, activities and interventions in the field
– Supervise 80 agents including heads of green space, roads, building, general resources
– Actively contribute to the strategic discussions initiated within the Codir alongside the Mayor, his Chief of Staff and his Director of Communication, the DGA Urban Planning and DGA structuring projects and in particular on subjects relating to the metropolitan PLUI, the ZAC downtown, transport and mobility, housing and habitat …
