Prerequisites:
– Have an INTEREST in this profession
– Vehicle: Taking up a shift between 4:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m., store open from Monday to Sunday
– No time constraints: store open from Monday to Sunday

What is the job of a department employee:
The Self-Service employee works in small, medium and large stores as well as in specialized supermarkets. He works under the responsibility of the department manager. He is in charge of transporting goods from the reserve to the shelves of the store before installing them on the shelves. He takes care of their labeling in the absence of a barcode. It also performs maintenance and cleaning of presentation media. He checks the expiration date of products and removes them from the shelves if it is exceeded. It displays prices and promotional information. He ensures that the shelves are replenished during the day, respecting the location and storage instructions. The self-service employee checks the stocks in reserve and transmits the quantities of goods to be ordered to the department manager. Depending on the size of the store, it may also be required to carry out collection operations.
