About our client

As part of a maternity leave replacement from June 2021 to February 2022, Synergie tertiaire is looking for its client, an industrialist from Rémois, an Export Management Assistant (F / M).

Job description & profile sought

After a period of duplication / training with the current employee, your missions will be as follows:

* Management of marketing and sampling budgets
* Internal and external product communication, newsletters
* Maintenance of social networks and website
* Administration and control of costs and current expenses
* Administrative organization of contracts: internal, RFA, Commissions
* Dashboards of sales performance, then enter them in the CRM


Details of required skills

Ideally after a Bac +2/3 in administration, you have at least 5 years of experience in executive assistantship.

You show great organization and rigor.
You are comfortable with the computer world, especially Excel. The mastery of SAP will be a real asset for your application!

/! Fluency in ENGLISH is MANDATORY for this position.
