Job Marketing and Communication Manager – Geneva

SILEX is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager for its Geneva office. . About the role and project • Develop and organise marketing documents and processes for the Structured Products business as well as the Advisory business, globally. Liaise with sales, research, and advisory teams to put together material used across channels in various geographies and languages. • Work closely with Tech to build digital marketing tools and processes. • Advertise our company and products/services in the media and develop a public relations network in Switzerland for external communications. • Act as the first point of contact regarding SILEX external communications in Switzerland, such as providing support with press conferences and events. • Build and implement internal communication tools and processes.   . Requirements • Solid experience (5-10 years) with content marketing in the financial services sector (investment banking, asset management, brokerage companies). • Hands-on experience with marketing tools, digital and social media. Experience with external communications, media, and events highly beneficial. • Excellent written communication skills in English and French. Other European languages a plus. • Entrepreneurial, positive person with strong interpersonal skills.
