Why organize the event LinkedIn Talent Connect in Toulouse ? What does it consist of ?
Of our 29 million members in France, 75% are in the territories. Via our digital mapping of jobs and skills, we have drawn up an overview of the HR challenges of six French regions. With 1.6 million Occitan professionals registered on LinkedIn (+53% since 2020), it seemed crucial to us to discuss with local stakeholders in Toulouse about their recruitment and skills development challenges in the region.
How many job offers are posted on Linkedin each year? In the Toulouse region?
More than 100,000 offers have been published in the region in 2023, including nearly 35,000 in the Toulouse metropolitan area. The construction (+90%), distribution (+55%) and public administration (+50%) sectors saw the largest increases in job postings in the region compared to 2022. Occitan recruiters are looking for technical profiles linked to the field of research: teacher researcher, research director, etc. Specifically in Toulouse, we have drawn up a top 5 of the fastest growing professions: operations manager comes first position. It is also one of the metropolises which concentrate the most green talents in France.
