tasks
You support the IT team with system administration (mixed Windows / Mac environment and Microsoft AD). You install software and hardware, help support staff and students (e.g. LMU Moodle administration).
requirements
- You have good IT skills and can explain complex issues to users well in written and oral form.
- For example, you are studying media informatics or you already have comparable experience in the IT sector.
- If possible, you have prior knowledge of one or more of the following areas: first and second level support, system administration, Microsoft AD.
- You bring patience, reliability and the ability to work in a team, work independently and enjoy dealing with people.
