Joanna Kryńska’s health condition arouses great emotions. On March 8, 2024, she performed an MRI, which concluded with information about the need for surgery to remove the brain tumor. The 44-year-old decided to break the silence and spoke in detail about her struggles. She did it on “Dzień Dobry TVN”.
“I decided not to be smarter than doctors and specialists. I decided – and this is probably good advice for everyone – not to read a million websites, not to check what a brain tumor is and how it can end. Mine ended well for me, because the histopathology result is Good. […] This time I switched off, I thought that I am not a professor, I am not a doctor,” Kryńska said in a program of a well-known station.

Joanna’s tumor resembled an egg. It was five centimeters in size. Despite this, it showed no serious symptoms. The disease developed slowly, at its own pace. Even the difficulties that accompanied her were inconspicuous. She complained mainly of headaches and problems with concentration.
“The red light on the camera turns on and I look at the camera and I don’t know anything. The only thing I said was: I was going to tell you something, but I forgot. It was something that worried me very much,” she said.
The journalist was surprised because she had never experienced anything like this before. Fortunately, she acted responsibly and went to a doctor, who quickly discovered that she had a brain tumor and would require surgery.
The operation was successful. The danger was averted and Joanna Kryńska received recommendations regarding a frugal lifestyle and rest. Under the supervision of her beloved, the celebrity recovers and gains strength.

“After the surgery, I have a second life. What did I learn…? That you have to trust, more than I trusted. That I love those I have even more. That each of us is the same in the face of illness. That you can enjoy Krynia even more after March 21 – because it’s your second birthday. That I believe, as I believed. That I have loved ones. That I am lucky. If something worries you, hurts you strangely – do like I did – don’t leave it alone! – she said.
