A request for an opinion follows JO’s usual investigation procedure and must contain “an account of the county board’s handling and information from the executives concerned”, writes JO in a referral.
Both Anna Kinberg Batra herself and the county board require answers to several questions, which must be delivered to JO by July 8 at the latest.
Among other things, JO wants Anna Kinberg Batra to personally answer if she is the godmother of one of Anna Borg’s children.

JO’s request comes after several accusations of friend recruitment against the former moderate party leader, now governor and head of the County Administrative Board in Stockholm County.
JO demands, among other things, an answer to the question “Which considerations about advertising were made before the recruitment of the planning manager?”.
Several questions come after several high positions, which were announced through a note at the reception or not at all, were awarded to personal friends of Anna Kinberg Batra.
The recruitment of the new emergency manager Mikael Jeppson, which TV4 reports on, is also included in JO’s review.
– That JO requests an opinion is part of the review task and the process. Both the governor and the County Administrative Board will of course contribute to that work by sending in the consultation responses that have been requested by JO, says the County Administrative Board’s head of communications Jonas Johansson to SVT.
