It is a common fact that one of the things women don’t like to talk about is former partners of owl men. Furthermore, if they had enough power to endure it, they would probably gladly prohibit by law the raising of the subject in their presence.
However, no matter how unpleasant it causes them, sometimes its impact is simply unavoidable, as Jennifer Lopez, who agreed to give an interview to “Vogue” magazine recently discovered. In conversation with the publication, she shared that after her marriage to Ben Affleck last summer, she focused entirely on the family, hoping that her heirs would build a good relationship with those of her husband.
The star is a mother of two: 14-year-old twins Emma and Max, whom she gave birth to during her marriage to her colleague Marc Anthony, while her current partner is a father of three: 16-year-old Violet, 13-year-old Seraphina. and 10-year-old Samuel, who come from his relationship with Jennifer Garner.

In front of the media, the singer of “Love costs nothing” for the first time made a comment on the ex-lover of her husband, with whom they share the same name. She described her as an “extraordinary parent”, also pointing out that despite being separated, Garner and Affleck are doing a great job raising their daughters and son.
As for how the kids are taking things, Lopez says he’s been doing well so far.
“They are teenagers and it is perfectly normal to have different or conflicting feelings. What I want her children to know is that they have a new ally in me: someone who truly loves them and is willing to take care of them wholeheartedly. Of course, this also applies to Ben and my children“, he shares.
Recently it became clear that Lopez has officially decided to adopt Affleck’s surname, a decision that has been sharply criticized in a material that appeared in the pages of the “New York Times”.
“We are husband and wife. I am proud to bear her surname. I don’t think it will be a problem as everyone will continue to call me Lopez no matter what my paperwork saysshe says.

Lopez, who had previously been engaged to Affleck in the early 2000s, says the two were “so young and so in love” during their first romance. He adds that their “carefree” attitude towards their then relationship, which fell apart in the public eye, was wrong.
“Since that time I have become very cautious“, admits the Latin diva, speaking of the time elapsed since their breakup.
“I don’t know if I recommend it to everyone“says the Grammy winner candidly.”Sometimes you grow side by side or you just grow differently. We both got lost, but then we found each other again. In the time between their relationships, Jennifer says she has learned to put herself first, not her partner.
