JK Rowling’s Rules for the Harry Potter Film Franchise: American Actors Not Allowed to Speak

JK Rowling, of course known as the author of the world famous Harry Potterbooks, was also heavily involved in the film franchise. She also had a say and came up with a lot of rules.
