On her social networks, Rowling recently said that she is writing another book, the plot of which is based in a future world.
“After the Strike, I was able to start writing three different books. I started writing all of them too because I’m a crazy workaholic,” she wrote on the X network.
“The one I plan to finish first is in the future. It’s not a space odyssey though, sorry. She’s definitely down to earth.’
There are three different books I could do after Strike, and they all started because I’m an insecure workaholic. The one I plan to finish first is futuristic, but not a space odyssey, sorry. Definitely underground.

Fans of the British writer’s work know that the Harry Potter series is not her only one. The series of detective stories by Cormoran Strike, which Rowling writes under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith, is also very popular.
After all, her next published novel is the eighth Strike story called The Hallmarked Man. In May for The Times of London she said she plans to write two more books in the series.
The film adaptations of the Potter stories have already earned almost eight billion dollars (a little more than 185 billion crowns) in theaters, and the books based on which the scenarios were written have more than 600 sold a million copies. It’s no wonder Rowling is considered one of the highest paid authors in the world.
