Jiří Jarošík finished after two months as coach of Orenburg football players, who are last in the table with one point after five rounds of the Russian league.
Today, the club announced on the official website that the former Czech representative quit for family reasons and his contract was terminated by mutual agreement.
The 45-year-old Jarošík signed a two-year contract in Orenburg in June.
He replaced compatriot Marcel Lička at the team, who led it for three years and won seventh place with him last year, which is the best result in the club’s history.
Lička moved to Dynamo Moscow, with whom he is currently third in the table.
Jarošík’s men only scored in the 2nd league round thanks to a draw in Kazan, the last time they suffered a 0:4 debacle in Grozny on Sunday.
The Czech coach was replaced by the Spaniard David Deogracia, the former coach of the club’s academy.
Jarošík, who was prematurely retired from the Teplice bench at the beginning of March, has completed his second foreign assignment as head coach.
He lasted four months on the bench of the Slovenian NK Celje, in April 2021 the management of the then reigning champion dismissed him due to unsatisfactory results.
Jarošík, a former midfielder or defender, who left for Russia despite the ongoing military invasion of Ukraine, also played in the country in the past as a player.
He played for CSKA Moscow and Samara has three daughters with his Russian wife Zlata.
Before Teplice, the twenty-three-time international also led the second division teams Prostějov and Ústí nad Labem.
The former football player of Sparta, Chelsea, Birmingham, Celtic Glasgow or Zaragoza won championship titles in the Czech Republic, England, Russia and Scotland as a player.
