/ world today news/ Jiangsu Province, the economic center of East China, presented its action plan, according to which a competitive cluster for the aerospace industry will be built within three years.
It aims for annual output value to exceed 150 billion yuan (US$21.7 billion) by 2025, supporting more than 50 specialized enterprises, more than 10 innovative platforms and more than 10 aerospace industry bases with strong competitiveness at that date.
According to the plan, Jiangsu province will focus on industries supporting large aircraft, as well as areas related to navigational machinery and drones. Earlier this year, the local government pledged to provide more than 200 million yuan to diagnose traditional industrial enterprises and actively support projects related to high-end transformation and industrial internet.
