Jiang Zhencheng started to get into cooking at the age of 13. He learned cooking from his mother who was a good cook. This allowed him to develop keen taste buds from an early age and determined to become a chef. At the age of 20, he was already a star in the history of Taiwanese catering. The youngest French cuisine chef, he served as the executive chef of Le Jardin des Sens, a three-star Michelin restaurant in France, at the age of 25. In 2018, he won the Asia’s 50 Restaurants Lifetime Achievement Award. His brilliant record is unparalleled. He opened the Restaurant in Singapore. ANDRE has been selected as one of the top 50 restaurants in the world, and was even selected as one of the “Top 10 Restaurants in the World Worth Taking a Flight to Try” by The New York Times. However, he chose to return to Taiwan after working in restaurants in Singapore for a long time and becoming very successful. In 2018, Jiang Zhencheng announced the closure of Restaurant ANDRÉ in Singapore and returned to Taiwan to show his new self in RAW. In 2020, the film “Original Intention”, which recorded his legendary workmanship, became the box office champion of Taiwanese documentaries that year.
