DPS co-chairman Jevdet Chakarov confirmed that Honorable President Ahmed Dogan will lead the list of candidates for representatives in the 9th Kardjali multi-mandate constituency. This happened at a meeting of Chakarov with part of the District Council of the DPS in Kardzhali, in which the former mayor Hassan Azis and his close businessmen took part, reports 24rodopi.
Some representatives of the people from different departments who were expelled from the PG of the DPS also came to the city near Arda. Chakarov came with security, which certainly did not please those present. It is not good to have faces in front of the party office, answered one of the attendees at the meeting.
Ahmed Dogan will also take an active part in the consultations to confirm the lists of candidates, Chakarov announced. Traditionally, the honorable chairman organizes the lists in the “barn” in the “Boyana” district of the capital after a discussion with the nominees by district.
The formula for competitive elections has not been specified, but the option “two DPS in different coalitions” is appearing more and more.

Until the National Conference is held DPS still has two chairmen – Delyan Peevski and Jevdet Chakarov.
After the meeting in Kardzhali, Chakarov’s group left for Ardino, where there is a concert with the chalga star Fiki Storaro tonight.
