Jessica Iskandar continue to encourage the police to be firm with Christopher Stefanus Budianto or Steven. It said the police would pick up Steven.
Jessica Iskandar reported Steven to Polda Metro Jaya in a case of suspected embezzlement and fraud. According to Jessica Iskandar, the case resulted in losses of around Rp. 10 billion.
Steven, who also likes to be called CSB, has never appeared in public after being reported by Vincent Verhaag’s wife to Polda Metro Jaya.
In the end, the case he reported was filled with light after the police issued a warrant for bringing him in to pick up Steven, who was always absent from police summons.
“In the past, we have had fingerprints, now we have received the last SP2HP, the warrant for bringing Steven has been issued,” said Rolland E Potu as J’s attorneyexica Iskandar when met at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday (18/1/2023).
“Because of what? Here because he was called absent, so there is a warrant to bring him,” Rolland continued.
After the issuance of the warrant issued by Polda Metro Jaya, Rolland E Potu said that Steven could no longer avoid it.
“As I said, if someone is called by the police, it’s coercive, no one can avoid it,” said Rolland E Potu.
According to information obtained by Jessica Iskandar, Steven is abroad.
“If we coordinate with investigators, the investigator’s information is that he is abroad,” he concluded.
Previously, Jessica Iskandar had reported Christopher Steffanus Budianto alias Steven to Polda Metro Jaya for alleged fraud worth nearly IDR 10 billion.
This report has been registered with the police report number LP/B/2947/VI/2022/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA dated June 15, 2022 concerning Fraud and/or embezzlement of Article 378 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 372 of the Criminal Code.
