Ping pong tables in the public gardens of Jesi

JESI – New sports and leisure equipment in city parks. Fitness balls, ping pong tables, seating and picnic tables. There are four areas in which the Municipality is installing the new furnishings in the public gardens of Viale Cavallotti, in the Cardinaletti area (Palasport and soccer field), in the Mattei park and in the Orti Pace.
In correspondence with the sports equipment, the construction of anti-trauma flooring in plates rather than in gravel as per project in order to ensure accessibility even by users with disabilities. The project includes – in addition to picnic and ping pong tables – benches, pull-up bars, a steel cage, high parallels, panels on wooden poles, on trestles, and a path for runners.
The overall project will require a investment of about 70 thousand euroso, 30 thousand euros of which financed by Vallesina Aiuta Onlus Foundation (and the rest from the Municipality). Four companies were involved: macagi, Marasca Guerrino & Mirko, Stebo Ambiente and Manfred Maffei for Joola. The installations have already started and in some parks they are already technically usable.
It is hoped that the vandals will not rage against this new equipment available to all, considering how the benches in some parks have been reduced.
