The new program starts at VTM on Tuesday Sergio Over The Border, in which Sergio Herman takes a culinary road trip with a famous guest. In the first episode Jeroen Meus is his traveling companion. The TV chef talks about his brother, who passed away on New Years Eve.

The recordings of Sergio Over The Border date from the spring of 2021. The two chefs then traveled together through Croatia, from north to south. During one of the car rides, Sergio and Jeroen talk about Würst, which Meus himself calls “a failure”. When Herman asks about Meus’ health, he cites the story of his brother. Wim, Jeroen’s older brother, had been suffering from cancer for some time at that time. He passed away on New Years Eve.

Sergio Over De Grens, Tuesday, January 4 at 8.35 pm on VTM and VTM GO.
