These are the results of the study conducted by Urban Services Observatory (OSUR) with his IV Barometer of satisfaction with public servicesin the 30 most populous municipalities of the country.
The national average of overall satisfaction with municipal public services stands at 63%, 20 percentage points below the sherry results, while the national average of dissatisfaction is 16%, 11 points above the score recorded by the people of Jerez. In order of rating, the service of garbage and waste collection, which obtains a brilliant 79% of positive reviews (36 percentage points more than the year 2019, and 19 percentage points above the average), and 14% of dissatisfaction (18 percentage points improvement compared to the 2019 study). The water supply It remains the second best service, with a very high approval rating of 78%, four percentage points above the national average (74%) and 17% more than in 2019.
