Jeremy Renner seriously injured: more is known about the accident that sent the actor to the hospital

The TMZ site clarified the circumstances of the incident. According to witnesses, the interpreter of Hawkeye was driving a snow groomer to clear the road that leads to his home in the mountains between California and Nevada, when the car rolled on his leg. Also according to TMZ, Jeremy Renner lost a lot of blood, and a nearby doctor intervened by giving him a tourniquet before help arrived.

In 2015, the actor shared an Instagram post in which he was seen on his machine, a towering device similar to those used by ski resorts to prepare the slopes.

“We can confirm that Jeremy is in critical but stable condition following a weather incident while clearing the snow,” said Sunday one of his agents, whose remarks were reported by the media “The Hollywood Reporter” and “Deadline”.

Jeremy Renner had started out as an actor in independent cinema before taking off in Hollywood in a number of blockbuster films. He made himself known to the general public in 2010 by playing an American soldier in “Deminers”, a difficult role for which he was nominated for an Oscar for best actor. He had also been nominated for an Oscar for Ben Affleck’s “The Town”.

But playing Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye (Hawkeye in English) in Marvel Studios’ blockbuster Avengers, one of the biggest global blockbusters in cinematic history, Jeremy Renner had taken his stadium fame to a new level. He also appeared in a Disney+ series centered around his character Hawkeye, which came out in November.
