Actor Jeremy Renner has been released from hospital. He had been hospitalized for 2.5 weeks after he had an accident with a snowplow on New Year’s Day. The American will continue to recover from the accident at home, he says on Twitter.
Renner reported the news on Twitter by responding to the series’ official account Mayor of Kingstown in which he has a leading role. The second season premiered last weekend. “Despite my confused head, I was very happy to watch the first episode with my family at home,” writes the 52-year-old actor.
The actor, known for his role as Hawkeye in several Marvel films, was seriously injured on the first day of the year when he was run over by his snowplow. He sustained internal chest injuries and injured his legs.
