The court sentenced a probation to a student in his 40s who was violated by school violence.
The 12th Criminal Division of the Jeonju District Law (Deputy Judge Kim Yu-rang) announced on the 5th that “A (49), who was charged with special injuries, assaults, violations of the Child Welfare Act, was sentenced to 1 year in prison and 2 years probation.” The judge also ordered 120 hours of social service to Mr. A.
On October 22, 2019, Mr. A visited Army B at 6 p.m. and was charged with punching him in the face several times, saying, “Did you hit my son?”
Mr. A is also accused of inflicting injury by hitting the face with his hands and feet, saying, “Don’t touch my son,” against Army C, who touted his son for a bicycle on the same day.
The judge said, “Mr. A is not only badly guilty of assaulting a child and inflicting injury, but also has a history of punishing fines several times for assault in the past. “However, knowing that his child was assaulted and extorted money. The sentence was decided in consideration of accidental crimes.”
