As the new Director Business Development, he will drive the acquisition of new mandates in the Office Agency Team and focus on brokerage in the space segment over 2,000 m².
“Our goal is to further strengthen and continuously expand the key account business at the Frankfurt location. With Jens Lindner, we are bringing another expert and valuable support for office leasing into the team,” says Jan Stadelmann, Head of Frankfurt Office at Savills.
Jens Lindner can look back on an extensive wealth of experience from almost 20 years in the real estate industry. During this time he completed over 100 projects worldwide. “With Jens Lindner, our team has been supplemented by an industry expert who, with his comprehensive know-how and broad network, is an asset to our day-to-day business. We look forward to working together,” explains Christian Krieg, Director Office Agency Frankfurt at Savills.
Most recently, Lindner was Managing Director at Green Group GmbH, where he has been in charge of the Office Agency Team since 2011. He began his professional career in 2004 at Knight Frank GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, before moving to Colliers International to be responsible for the global support of major customers and project developments.
“In my new position at Savills, I would like to contribute my existing network and make new contacts in order to further advance the Frankfurt location. I’m looking forward to the next steps together,” concludes Jens Lindner.
