Jennifer Lopez (52) delivered a standout moment during her performance at Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium for the annual Blue Diamond Gala.

She sang the song A Thousand Years of Christina Perri with her child Emme Maribel Muñiz (14). During her announcement it became clear that she always referred to Emme in a gender neutral way, by using the words ‘they’ and ‘them’ each time.
“I always ask them to sing together, but they don’t always want to. So it costs me a lot of money when it comes out, but it’s worth every cent, because he’s my favorite duet partner.” Emme is part of twins. Twin brother Max identifies as a boy. There are many positive reactions on social media, because Lopez shows that she supports her child enormously.
