Sad news for Jennifer Lopez and her husband Ben Affleck: their romance now seems to be coming to an end (again). It had seemed for some time that there trouble in paradise was, but now American media has definitively confirmed what we already feared.
Rumors
There has been some unrest around the couple for a while. Here and there we have heard some rumors about a possible breakup. The million dollar mansion in Beverly Hills was put up for sale, the two did not spend their wedding day together and Ben was absent from Jennifer’s 55th birthday. Today it has unfortunately become official. The two are indeed breaking up. The singer has filed a request with the court to divorce the actor.
Childhood Loves
The popular Hollywood duo got married in Las Vegas in July 2022. This is eighteen years later after their first relationship failed. They were given the name ‘Bennifer’. And just like in 2002, they were once again in the spotlight.

They met on the set of the movie Gigli. The two fell madly in love. The actor proposed to Jennifer that same year in November. In the end, this party did not take place, a few days before the wedding, which was to take place in September 2003, she cancelled it. And then followed a break in 2004.
The world star then married the singer Marc Anthony and Ben with actress Jennifer GarnerBoth marriages failed.
Painful moment
According to TMZ Jennifer has given April 26 as the divorce date in the documents she provided. The two have thus managed to keep the divorce quiet for four months.
The couple were originally supposed to get married on July 16, 2022, but yesterday, August 20, the day the news broke, is also a ‘special’ day for the two… On this date two years ago, their huge and more traditional wedding ceremony took place in Georgia. Unfortunately, it just missed out on their two-year anniversary.
